These terms apply to your use of emodmarketing.com and to services provided by E-Mod Marketing (“we”, “us”), a marketing agency based in Shiloh, Illinois. By using this website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide website design, landing pages, Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram ads management, local SEO, video and photo production, and CRM and follow up automation. The scope, price and timeline for your project are confirmed with you in writing (email, text, invoice or proposal) before work starts.

2. Payment

Project fees and monthly fees are due as shown on your invoice. Monthly services are billed monthly. Ad spend is always paid by you directly to the ad platform and is separate from our fees.

3. No long term contracts

Monthly services are month to month and can be canceled anytime. See our Fulfillment and Refund Policy for cancellations, refunds, timelines and the 60 Day Lead Guarantee.

4. Results

We work hard to bring you calls, leads and sales, but results depend on things we do not control, like your market, budget, offer, pricing, reviews and how fast you answer new leads. Results shown for other clients on this website are real examples, not a promise of the same results for your business. Other than the 60 Day Lead Guarantee described in our Fulfillment and Refund Policy, we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or revenue.

5. Your content and ownership

You are responsible for the information, photos, logos and other content you give us, and for having the right to use them. Once it is paid for, you keep everything we build for you.

6. Platform rules

Ads and content we run must follow the policies of Google, Meta and every other platform we use, as well as the law. We may decline or pause any work that would break those rules.

7. Using this website

Do not use this website for anything unlawful, to send spam through our forms, or to try to disrupt the site. Information on this site is general and may change without notice.

8. Text messages (SMS)

When you opt in through the chat widget on our website and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from E-Mod Marketing at the phone number you provide. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, project updates and promotional offers about our marketing services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, and you will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (618) 593-7175 or mike@emodmarketing.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made by ad platforms, hosting companies or other third parties.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
