Fulfillment and Refund Policy

1. What we provide

E-Mod Marketing is a service business. We do not sell physical products. Our services include:

Website design, redesign and landing pages
Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram ads management
Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
Video ads, video production and photography
CRM setup, AI receptionist, missed call text back, review requests and follow up automations

Most work is delivered online. Video production and photography are done in person in the St. Louis area or at a location we agree on.

2. Timelines

Every project starts with onboarding: a strategy call, access to the accounts we need, and payment. After onboarding:

Ad management: ads are usually live within 48 hours.
Websites and landing pages: most are live in about two weeks. Larger projects take 7 to 21 business days depending on size and how quickly we get feedback.
Ad creative, video edits and branding: 3 to 10 business days after the creative brief is final.

Delays in getting us content, access or feedback will move these timelines.

3. How we deliver and keep you updated

We deliver work and updates by phone, text, email, scheduled video calls, and shared folders or dashboards. You get an update at every key milestone.

4. What we need from you

Access to the accounts we need (for example Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, your domain and hosting)
Your logo, photos and any other brand materials
Feedback and approvals within the agreed timelines

5. No long term contracts

Monthly services are month to month. You can cancel anytime by contacting us, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. You keep everything we build for you.

6. Ad spend

Ad spend is always paid by the client and is separate from our fees.

7. The 60 Day Lead Guarantee

For ad management clients: if your ads do not bring at least 15 real leads (calls or quote requests) in your first 60 days, we keep managing them at no management fee until they do. The guarantee applies when all of the following are true:

You spend at least $40 a day on ads
Leads are answered within 1 business hour
There are no pauses or offer changes during the first 60 days

During the free period the management fee pauses. Ad spend is always paid by the client. The guarantee is extra free management, not a cash refund.

8. Refunds

Because our work is custom, payments are non refundable once work has started. We do not refund completed work, active campaigns, or ad spend already paid to ad platforms. If we cannot deliver a service because of a problem on our side, we may offer a prorated refund.

9. Revisions

Most design work includes up to 2 rounds of revisions unless we agree otherwise in writing.

10. Questions or problems
